Product Description:

This is a ready-to-use, shock-setting cement that instantly freezes water. Upon contact with water, it sets in approximately forty seconds, effectively stopping water. HI-TECH WP-AS700 is used in active water flows and for drying surface water. HI-TECH WP-AS700 stops water and prepares for the upcoming insulation installation. It has high expansion properties and does not shrink. It does not contain soda or chlorine, does not damage reinforcement or iron, and has excellent adhesion properties.

Application Method:

Applied in powder form. Rubber gloves must be worn during application. To buffer the prepared surface, take a small amount of powder in your palm and press the material firmly into the area where the water leak is active. This process is continued until the powder hardens and the water stops. After the water is stopped, any loose material remaining on the HI-TECH WP-AS700 is removed with a dry brush. Then, three coats of HI-TECH WP-NB 2K are applied to create a permanent seal. If HI-TECH WP-AS700 is to be applied to the surface as a plaster-like mortar, it is mixed with 2:5 (40%) clean water to form a paste. This mixture is kneaded without crumbling. This mortar begins to heat up through the reaction, and the heated mortar is formed into a plug and pressed into the water-exiting hole in one go. The seal is then left to harden completely and left in place for a while. Similarly to the dry application, three coats of HiTECH WP-NB 2K are applied to the plaster-based application for a more durable seal.

Shelf Life:

Can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in original, unopened buckets in dry places at temperatures between 5ºC and 25ºC.
