Product Description:

This is a new-generation insulation and floor covering. Due to its properties, it can be used alone or in place of many insulation and floor coverings. Its colorful design, ease of use and practicality, its applicability to dry and slightly damp surfaces, its resistance to UV rays, sun, human and vehicle traffic, and, most importantly, its rapid drying time make it an extremely convenient product.

- Terrace and roof insulation,
- Ornamental pools,
- Wet areas, bathrooms, and balconies,
- Ponds and cisterns,
- Over old or problematic insulation (membrane, shingle, bitumen, asphalt, etc.)

Product Features:

- Does not require additional protective screed or concrete.

- Will not break, crack, or swell or lift off the surface.

Surface Preparation:

Before application, surfaces should be cleaned of foreign objects such as oil, dust, dirt, etc. If there are any areas on the surface that need repair, they should be repaired. Surfaces to be insulated should be washed with water beforehand to clean them and allowed to dry. Once dry, HiTech WP-HYBRID should be applied. On dusty and absorbent surfaces, the surface should be primed with M-STAR PRIMER, and HiTech WP-HYBIRD should be applied after a minimum of 4 hours. Ceramic and smooth surfaces should be primed with an epoxy primer, if possible, and the surface should be roughened by sprinkling sand during priming.

Application:

HiTech WP-HYBRID consists of two components. The first component is the liquid Hybrid, consisting of a colored, thick acrylic polymer. The second component is the powder Hybrid, consisting of powder polymer, hydraulic cement, and hardener. The liquid component (Component B) is poured into the container containing the powder component (Component A) and mixed with a 400-speed mixer drill until no lumps form. The mixture is then ready for use. After preparation, it is allowed to rest for 2 minutes. Apply the prepared mixture to the prepared surface in one direction with a long-bristle brush. Two coats are generally recommended. The second coat should be applied in the opposite direction of the first coat. NOTE: A grinding drill bit should be used to prevent lump formation. WARNING: During and after application, be careful not to damage the surface from rain, water, mechanical impacts, etc. It should be protected from external factors for 24 hours.

Two-component PE buckets, 7.5 kg liquid component (upper compartment) and 15 kg powder component (lower compartment)

Shelf Life:

Can be stored for a minimum of 9 months in original, unopened buckets in dry places at temperatures between 5ºC and 25ºC.
