Product Description:

Hitech WP-2K100 is a two-component (powder and liquid) cement-based, semi-flexible waterproofing material that is ready to use once mixed.

Application Areas:

-Water tanks (no toxic effects on water)
-Swimming pools, -Small terraces and balconies (must be protected from the sun)
-Wet areas such as bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, and laundry rooms,
-Building facades, interior and exterior basements,
-Retaining walls,
-Foundation walls in new construction and renovation applications,
-Used for waterproofing foundations and basements.

Product Features:

Flexible. -Impermeable to 20 meters of water pressure (EN 12390-8) -Easy to mix and apply. -Applied with a brush or trowel. -Adheres well to properly prepared surfaces. -Because it is sand and cement-based, it adapts very well to damp concrete surfaces. -Resistant to shrinkage cracks. -Can be used with mesh reinforcement if desired. -Impact-resistant. -Highly reliable due to its complete and perfect adhesion to concrete surfaces. -Can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces. -Jointless and seamless application is possible. -Does not contain volatile organic matter. VOC value = 0. -Can be painted. -Suitable for contact with drinking water according to BS 6920-1.

Surface Preparation:

The application surface must be solid, dust-free, and clean. All residues such as cement grout, oil, grease, rust, and paraffin, which could weaken surface adhesion, must be thoroughly cleaned, and the surface must be free of loose particles. The surface must be smooth. Any defects must be repaired with repair mortar. If the surface is dry, it must be wetted and saturated with water before application.

Material Preparation:

-Pour the liquid component into a clean bucket, slowly add the powder component, and mix with a low-speed mixer (maximum 500 rpm) until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is achieved. -In cases where the surface dries quickly or in hot weather, water can be added to the mixture at a rate of up to 25% of the liquid component.

Packaging:

25 kg set (20 kg powder + 5 kg liquid)

Shelf Life:

Can be stored for a minimum of 12 months in original, unopened containers in dry places at temperatures between 5ºC and 25ºC. The liquid component should be protected from frost, and the powder component should be protected from moisture.
